Canada allows for the transfer of certain employees such as executives, senior managers and specialized knowledge workers to the Canadian branch, subsidiary or affiliate of an international company.

Individuals working with a foreign  company, that wants to transfer them to Canada to either work for the Canadian branch of your company or set up a Canadian branch of the company may qualify as an intra-company transfer.
